Technical Assistance.

EQL works with clients to identify and secure funding to implement programs are high priority areas for EQL clients. EQL helps clients through the entire process, insuring the organization is “grant ready” with all documentation required to apply for grants at the federal, state, local and foundation level. EQL training staff provides expert guidance and consultation in a variety of areas, including but not limited to those below:

• Coalition development and collaborations
• Community engagement
• Community health assessment and planning
• Cultural and community awareness and sensitivity training and program incorporation
• Grant and proposal writing
• Program needs assessment
• Program design, planning and implementation
